Shipping and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes roughly 3 to 14 days from the day you order, depending on the product. The exact window is printed on every product page before you buy.

How long each kind of order takes

These are the windows our product pages use, counted from the day you place the order. They are estimates from our supplier's own listing, read on 2026-11-03, not guarantees.

"Dispatch" is the time our supplier takes to pack and hand the parcel to a carrier. "In transit" is the carrier's time. Bank holidays and busy periods can add days.

What to expect, step by step

You order. Checkout is run by Shopify. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
We pass the order to the supplier. They dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
You get a tracking email once the parcel has a tracking number. Carriers differ by product and are named in that email. Use the order tracking page if you want to follow it.
It arrives. If it has not arrived within 30 days of your order, contact us and we will locate it or refund you (see returns).

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Why some products arrive faster

Products that ship from a US warehouse arrive in days. Others ship from our supplier's more distant warehouses, which is why their windows are longer. We would rather show you the longer number up front than surprise you later. Each product page says which kind it is.
