The form takes no payment and no card details. Returns on bulk orders are agreed in the quote; the standard terms are on the returns page.
Lead times, honestly

Larger quantities can take longer. A supplier that dispatches one unit in 1 to 3 days may need more time to pack and send 50, and a big order may ship in more than one parcel. We cannot give you a number for your quantity until we have asked, and the quote will say. If your deadline is tight, put it in the form and we will tell you whether it is realistic. Questions
Is there a bulk discount?
We do not publish a volume price and we do not promise one. Ask for a quote with your quantity and we tell you what we can do. The price on the product page is the price for one unit at checkout.
Will you have enough in stock?
We do not know until you ask. Stock at 10 or more units is not something we can read off a product page, so we check before we quote, and we say so if we cannot supply the quantity.
When do I pay?
After you have accepted a quote. The form takes no payment and asks for no card details.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes, list each product and how many of each in the form. Whether a mixed order works depends on where each item ships from, and we tell you in the reply.
Can you ship to several addresses?
Say so in the notes. Whether it works is part of the answer we send back.
