What this check means

Our price must clear a profit and margin floor after card fees, and never exceed 1.5 times what eBay buyers paid for the type. If a supplier's price plus shipping is too high to sell inside those limits, we turn the listing down however good the product looks. This is the smallest group because we check the market before we review a listing.

Counts from our review records as of 2026-11-07. Full criteria: the method page.

How you can check this on any listing

  • Add the shipping to the item price: that is the real cost.
  • Compare it to recent sold prices, not to asking prices.
  • A big gap between what a thing costs to source and what buyers pay is not a bargain if the market median is low.
